Hey there — I'm Kim, a finance executive who's passionate about helping business owners unlock their full potential through clear financial insight. Over the years I've worn many hats: auditor at Ernst & Young, CPA, CFO guiding companies through growth and change, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CMAA) helping owners navigate valuation, deal analysis, and due diligence when it's time to sell.
I believe finance isn't just numbers — it's the story of where a business has been, where it's headed, and what it really values. I love digging in to figure out what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it. My favorite moment is when an owner finally sees their business clearly and knows exactly what move to make next.
When I'm not deep in spreadsheets, you'll most likely find me on horseback exploring a new trail or playing with my dogs on the ranch. I'm a (very) amateur photographer (some of the photos on this site are mine), a proud University of Texas grad, and a diehard Longhorns fan. Hook 'em!
